Role and Responsibilities

Position Overview:
High Impact Dealer, is a fast-growing digital marketing agency supporting outdoor power equipment dealers. We are seeking a Sales Setter who is humble, hungry, and people smart to work closely with our Sales Executive and CEO. The Sales Setter will help build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging prospects, scheduling discovery calls, and nurturing leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule discovery calls.
  • Follow up promptly on inbound leads and nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Support the Sales Executive and CEO by preparing qualified leads and ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records for all prospects and clients.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upsells or expansion with clients.
  • Actively contribute to team strategy discussions and sales meetings.
  • Solve problems independently while keeping clients happy and informed.

Required Skills and Traits:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Humble, hungry, and people smart (aligned with The Ideal Team Player framework).
  • Familiarity with using a CRM system to track leads, manage tasks, and log client communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation roles.
  • Interest or experience in digital marketing or the outdoor power equipment industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Base + Commission Eligible + Performance Bonuses After 6 Months
  • Performance-based bonuses eligible after 6 months.
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, remote (U.S. based).
  • 6 paid company holidays.
  • Annual performance review with salary increase eligibility.
