High Impact Dealer – Remote Only, Location – U.S. 

Role & Responsibilities

High Impact Dealer, a growing digital marketing agency specializing in the outdoor power equipment industry, is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is remote and full-time, with growth and bonus opportunities.

As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary liaison for our dealer clients, helping them succeed with marketing campaigns, website updates, and advertising strategies. You’ll balance client communication, project management, and account growth opportunities while coordinating with our internal creative, media buying, and web teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned OPE dealer clients, building strong and lasting relationships

  • Provide strategic support on marketing campaigns, including PPC, PST, and website updates

  • Advise clients on marketing best practices specific to the Outdoor Power Equipment industry

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time and meet expectations

  • Manage tasks and timelines using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar)

  • Use CRM systems to manage client communication, track activity, and support account growth

  • Proactively check in with clients and address needs before they become issues

  • Identify upsell opportunities that benefit the client and support account growth

  • Track client satisfaction and retention goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Required: Prior experience in the Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) industry

  • Proven account management experience (agency experience preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management platforms

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities (clear, professional English required)

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines effectively

  • Proactive problem-solver with strong accountability and ownership

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented with high emotional intelligence

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary

  • Commission eligible
