High Impact Dealer – Remote (U.S. only)

High Impact Dealer, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in outdoor power equipment, is looking for a talented Copy & Editorial Lead to shape the voice of our brand and dealer communications.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of our written content across all platforms — from marketing assets and social media to newsletters and dealer communications. You’ll lead a small, growing team while also writing high-impact copy yourself.

We’re looking for someone fluent in English, deeply familiar with American markets and marketing trends, and confident in using language that connects, sells, and inspires. The right candidate is a creative self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in clean, persuasive, and on-brand writing.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all written content for the agency — including marketing assets, newsletters, and corporate communications.
  • Review and approve copy created by team members for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Write original, compelling copy for social media, digital ads, landing pages, and dealer communications.
  • Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to align visuals and messaging.
  • Maintain consistency of voice, grammar, and tone across all channels.
  • Research and stay informed about outdoor power equipment trends, brands, and dealer culture.
  • Mentor and guide the copywriting team (1 full-time writer + 1 hybrid creative/copy role).
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to ensure all written content supports campaign strategy and company goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent command of written English and marketing-driven language.
  • Deep familiarity with U.S. markets, cultural references, and trending terms.
  • Proven experience writing and editing for marketing or advertising (agency experience preferred).
  • Ability to lead a small creative team with clear direction and quality control.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Willingness to self-educate and learn the outdoor power equipment industry.

Location: Remote, U.S. based only (international applications will not be considered).
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with alternating Fridays off.
Compensation: Based on experience.
